The Broker of the Year 2013 election, held from 11 March to 10 April 2013 by\u00a0Broker-Test.com<\/a>\u00a0has been organised, has been decided.<\/p>\n

In the main category \"Online Broker of the Year 2013\", the\u00a0comdirect<\/a>\u00a0just ahead of\u00a0Cortal Consors<\/a>\u00a0who won this title last year. Third place was won by the\u00a0Savings Banks Broker<\/a>\u00a0before the\u00a0OnVista Bank<\/a>,\u00a0flatex<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0LYNX Broker<\/a>\u00a0secure. In the six other categories of the broker vote, there were again some very close results and also some surprises.<\/p>\n

Cortal Consors won the day trade broker title again for the first time after a two-year break. In the previous two years, the Berlin-based broker\u00a0ViTrade<\/a>\u00a0took first place, which this year was relegated to second place by a razor-thin margin. Third place was secured by flatex, as in 2012.<\/p>\n

In contrast\u00a0RBS marketindex<\/a>\u00a0defended its title of \"CFD Broker of the Year\". The CFD pioneer followed in 2nd place\u00a0CMC Markets<\/a>, the\u00a0Gekko Global Markets<\/a>\u00a0just behind them. Places 4-6 are followed by\u00a0X-Trade Brokers<\/a>, Admiral Markets and\u00a0ETX Capital<\/a>. So the German CFD market is still very competitive - but it is also constantly developing!<\/p>\n

In the \"Futures Broker of the Year\" category, Cortal Consors took its second title in the 2013 election year - the Nuremberg-based company is slowly becoming a serial winner in the futures category. The runners-up from the previous year swapped places in 2nd and 3rd place - this year LYNX Broker was just ahead\u00a0WH Selfinvest<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Among the Forex brokers\u00a0JFD Brokers<\/a> win for the first time. After having to settle for an unfortunate 4th place last year, they managed to win for the first time this year. Second place went to\u00a0Admiral Markets<\/a>who took part in the broker poll for the first time and were thus able to achieve a top placement right away. GKFX secured third place ahead of Mayzus, WH Selfinvest and\u00a0ActivTrades<\/a>. This clearly shows how hotly contested the German forex market is. The choice of broker for 2014 among the Forex brokers therefore already promises a lot of excitement!<\/p>\n

The team managed to defend its title twice.\u00a0DAB Bank<\/a>. The previous year's success was repeated in both the \"Certificate Broker of the Year\" and \"Fund and ETF Broker of the Year\" categories. In the Certificates Broker category, Sparkassen Broker and OnVista Bank came out on top. In the \"Fund and ETF Broker of the Year\" category, DAB Bank came out on top ahead of\u00a0ING DiBa<\/a>\u00a0and the Sparkassen Broker.<\/p>\n
