The best brokers - Broker choice 2013
The Broker of the Year 2013 election, held from 11 March to 10 April 2013 by Broker-Test.com has been organised, has been decided.
In the main category "Online Broker of the Year 2013", the comdirect just ahead of Cortal Consors who won this title last year. Third place was won by the Savings Banks Broker before the OnVista Bank, flatex and LYNX Broker secure. In the six other categories of the broker vote, there were again some very close results and also some surprises.
Cortal Consors won the day trade broker title again for the first time after a two-year break. In the previous two years, the Berlin-based broker ViTrade took first place, which this year was relegated to second place by a razor-thin margin. Third place was secured by flatex, as in 2012.
In contrast RBS marketindex defended its title of "CFD Broker of the Year". In second place came the CFD pioneer CMC Markets, the Gekko Global Markets just behind them. Places 4-6 are followed by X-Trade Brokers, Admiral Markets and ETX Capital. So the German CFD market is still very competitive - but it is also constantly developing!
In the category "Futures Broker of the Year", Cortal Consors won its second title in the 2013 election year - in the futures category, the Nuremberg-based company is slowly becoming a serial winner. The runners-up from the previous year swapped places in second and third place - this year LYNX Broker was just ahead. WH Selfinvest.
Among the Forex brokers JFD Brokers win for the first time. After having to settle for an unfortunate 4th place last year, they managed to win for the first time this year. Second place went to Admiral Marketswho took part in the broker poll for the first time and were thus able to achieve a top placement right away. GKFX secured third place ahead of Mayzus, WH Selfinvest and ActivTrades. This clearly shows how hotly contested the German forex market is. The choice of broker for 2014 among the Forex brokers therefore already promises a lot of excitement!
The team managed to defend its title twice. DAB Bank. Both in the category "Certificates Broker of the Year" and in the category "Fund and ETF Broker of the Year", the success from the previous year was repeated. In the certificates broker category, this was achieved ahead of Sparkassen Broker and OnVista Bank. In the category "Fund and ETF Broker of the Year", DAB Bank won ahead of Sparkassen Broker and OnVista Bank. ING DiBa and the Sparkassen Broker.
